Acro Indy Annual Registration Fee
Starting June 1st 2018 all new students will be required an annual registration fee of $100. 2nd and 3rd family members will be required an annual registration fee of $80. Current clients before 6/1/2018 will not be charged an annual registration fee. For all current clients a registration credit will be applied to your account.
USASF Annual Membership Fee
Every competitive cheerleader must be registered with the USASF each season. Your USASF registration fee is due by September 1, 2018.
Athletes should wear form fitting athletic wear without hoods, skirts, zippers, snaps or buttons. Athletic shorts that are of a reasonable length , preferably with spandex underneath. No low-cut tops or revealing shirts. No hats or visors. No baggy clothing or jewelry including bracelets, anklets, belly button rings, earrings and necklaces. Fingernails should be of a reasonable length. Long hair must be up in ponytails and please no scrunchies or holders with hard pieces. Cheer team members must have cheer shoes. Tumblers must be barefoot or have cheer shoes.
Code of Conduct
Training commences promptly at times stated. More than 15 minutes late to a private requires a makeup. Athletes must not train if they are injured, ill or have a fever. Athletes must not arrive at or leave the gym without the presence of a responsible adult. All athletes 17 and under must have parent or guardian present for all private lessons. For health and safety reasons parents are not at any time allowed on the training floor or competition arena.
Acro Indy cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. It is advisable for items of clothing to be labelled with the child's name.
Missed Private Lessons
Athletes are allowed to cancel or reschedule their private lesson 24 hours in advance twice per calendar year. If Acro Indy is given less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, private lesson is lost. A no call or no show results in the lost private.
All purchases are non-refundable nor transferable.
